Here are some fruits and vegetables which are vitamin boosters, which you should try to intake foremost and never skip them.

  • Vitamin C

The sources of vitamin C are all citrus fruits some of the popular are guava, orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime, tangerines. As they are not produced in our body, so we must take them daily.

  • Vitamin A
